Insights on a new family of 2D material mxene: A review

Rising trend of Two-dimensional material (2D) application in a wide field, demonstrate efficacious commercialization owing of its customized tunable property. Out of which, Graphene based 2D material invention finds a furthermost auspicious foundation to improve intended property of the host. But the graphene reflects few technical glitches on charge storage device, PV cell and can be effectively replace by Mxene. The concept called intercalation of numerous ions beautifully conducted by slit shape ion diffusion channel of Mxene creates ample opportunity for improving potential. Therefore, this research concentrates on Mxene, synthesis process and its vital properties that make it distinct. This review motivates towards engineered Mxene potential and its research scope.
