Особенности липидного обмена и суточного ритма у больных псориазом

2015
A total of 150 people with vulgar psoriasis were examined. The features of lipid metabolism were studied, daily blood pressure was measured. The following characteristics were searched: levels of blood serum cholesterol, low density lipoproteins cholesterol, high density lipoproteins cholesterol and triglycerides, daily index, by systolic, diastolic and mean pressure. 65, 7 % of psoriasis patients have blood serum dyslipemia what increases skin process and assists atherosclerotic activity. The result is quite simply this: those patients have daily blood pressure rhythm disturbance because of insufficient decrease of blood tension at night and night hypertension. These data analysis points to a distinct disturbance of daily blood pressure rhythm in patients who have psoriasis. Those disturbances are showed by daily measurement of blood pressure to, characterized by “blood pressure stress”. It happens because of insufficient decrease of blood tension at night and night hypertension.
