[O{MoO(O2)2}2]^(2-)插层LDHs对软PVC协同阻燃效果的研究

MgAl-CO3-LDHs,ZnAl-CO3-LDHs and ZnMgAl-CO3-LDHs were synthesized by the coprecipitation method, and the [O{MoO(O2)2}2]^(2-) intercalated LDHs were synthesized by anion exchanged method. The PVC composites were made by mixing LDHs with flexible PVC and other additives respectively and their flame retardancy were examined. The results show that when the addition dosage was not more than 5 phr, oxygen index (OI) of the PVC composite rose with the increase of the addition dosage of the LDHs flame-retardants. And added with 5 phr [O{MoO(O2)2}2]^(2-) intercalated ZnMgAl-LDHs, the OI of the flexible PVC was improved from 27.5% to 30.5%, which show the nice synergy flame retardancy.
