Studies on Rapid Propagation of Peral Tomato

The paper reports the plant regeneration and rapid propagation about the young leaves and steams with buds of peral tomato,which shows: 1) There are large number of adventive buds from steams with buds on the MS medium with BA 2 mg/L and NAA 0.1 mg/L;2)The quality of callus inducted from the leaf explants cultured on the MS medium with BA 2 mg/L and IAA 0.5 mg/L is the best.However the callus have the ordinary differentiation potential. It's suitable to differentiate buds on the MS medium with BA 2 mg/L;3) The MS mediums with IAA 0.2 mg/L or with NAA 0.1 mg/L and IAA 0.1 mg/L is with high rooting rate and thicky and strong roots.
