An electroluminescent display device

The invention discloses an electroluminescent display device which comprises a main substrate, an outer cover substrate, a plurality of display units, a seal check rubber material and at least one atom deposition barrier layer. The main substrate is provided with a first inner surface and a first outer surface. The outer cover substrate is opposite to the main substrate. The outer cover substrate is provided with a second inner surface and a second outer surface. The main substrate or the outer cover substrate comprises a plastic substrate. The display units are placed on the first inner surface. The seal check rubber material is placed between the main substrate and the outer cover substrate and is coated on the display units. The atom deposition barrier layer is coated on the second inner surface or the second outer surface.
