The invention relates to a tensile flexible conductor for a special cable and a preparation method thereof, and the tensile flexible conductor is characterized by comprising inner conductors, filling yarn and an outer conductor, wherein the filling yarn is arranged at the centers of the inner conductors respectively, and the outer conductor is arranged at the outer layer of the seven inner conductors. The preparation method comprises the following steps: using a wire and cable twisting machine to twist tinned copper wires and special fiber yarn into the inner conductors, adopting a stranding machine to perform compound stranding according to stranding pitch to form large-section cable conductors, and using a knitting machine to knit the tinned copper wires into the outer conductor. The tensile flexible conductor for the special cable has the advantages that the inner conductors are made by the steps of stranding the tinned copper wires and the special fiber yarn, then compounding the strands into cables and finally stranding the cables; in addition, the tensile flexible conductor further comprises special fiber yarn tensile layers and high-strength filled cores, and the tensile performance of the cable is improved. The outer conductor adopts the knitting of the thinned copper wires, the flexibility of the cable is increased, laying space is reduced, and the special requirement on reciprocating movement is met. Since the special high-strength fiber yarn is adopted for filling, the electrical properties of a product is stable, and the structure is round and stable. The tinned copper wires are good in oxidation resistance, and the tensile flexible conductor is used in places which are moist, easy to be oxidized, easy to be corroded and the like.
