Armature for a solenoid valve and method of manufacturing an armature

An armature (3) serving for a solenoid valve (2) includes an armature shaft (4) and an anchor plate (5). Specifically, the solenoid valve (2) can in this case be used for a fuel injection valve of an air-compressing, self-igniting internal combustion engine. The anchor plate (5) is formed of a magnetic material. Further, the anchor plate (5) and the armature shaft (4) are connected by sintering a material fit to one another. In addition, a method of manufacturing such an armature (3) is specified.
