Понятие «Творческие работники»: проблемные вопросы

This article is devoted to the analysis of the conception creative employees, which is used in the active Labor Code of the Russian Federation, but is not defined. In the article authors research definitions of this conception in the international acts (for example, recommendation of the UNESCO about status of the creative workers), Russian federal legislation about culture and regional laws about cultural activity and find its defects. So authors work out proposals for improvement of existent legislation.
