The invention discloses a vibrating method and system for measuring the tap density of powder. The vibrating method comprises the following steps: vertically vibrating a measuring cylinder filled with a certain mass of the powder according to appointed frequency and amplitude; impacting the powder on the inner upper surface of the measuring cylinder through ultrasonic waves so as to damage powder clusters formed in the powder; and when the height of the powder in the measuring cylinder keeps stable, stopping vibration and ultrasonic impacting on the powder in the measuring cylinder. According to the vibrating method and system for measuring the tap density of the powder, the powder on the inner upper surface of the measuring cylinder is subjected to the ultrasonic impacting and the ultrasonic waves can generate partial high temperature and high pressure, so that the evaporation of water molecules is accelerated and adsorbed water on the surfaces of grains is reduced; impact waves and strong jet, generated by the ultrasonic waves, can be used for crushing the powder clusters, so that the contained water molecules are released, the formation of hydrogen bonds is prevented and the powder is prevented from agglomeration, and the powder grains can be sufficiently dispersed and the like; and the accuracy of readings is improved, and the accuracy of measuring the tap density of the powder is finally improved.
