Congenital epulis: Report of a case

A case of newborn congenital epulis was reported. A ten-day-old female infant had a smooth and oval mass with a pedicle, measuring 23×19×18mm in size, arising from the alveolar ridge of the median lower jaw.Patho-histological diagnosis was a granular cell tumor.
