供体或（和）受体存在慢性乙肝病毒感染肾移植的安全性

Objective To discuss the security of renal transplantation with chronic hepatitis B virus-infected (CHBV-infected) donor or/and recipient. Methods Based on review of papers, 10 eases of kidney transplantation of CHBV-infected donor or/and recipient were analyzed retrospectively. Results All recipients had normal renal and liver functions with negative HBV-DNA during the follow-ups within 8 to 29 months. Conclusion It is safe for CIIBV-infected recipients with negative HRV-DNA to accept kidney transplantation and for recipients to admit kidney from CHB-infected donor with negative HBV-DNA.
