The invention is a network examining system based on mixed structure and multiple safety mechanisms, a core server connects examination room servers and examination administrating terminals in all the places through Internet or LAN; the examination room server, examination administrating terminal and many examinee terminals are interconnected by LAN or wide-band Internet so as to compose an examination room, the examinee terminal is connected with the examination room server through B/S - C/S mixed structure; in the system, only after the ID is verified by the digital certificate between the terminal and server can they transmit the data; the examinee terminal accesses the core server by http protocol in a specified time to apply for data transmission, and only by this, it can start transmitting examination paper and examinee answers between the core server and the examination room server by the SOAP protocol, and encrypts the transmitted data by the public key infrastructure (PKI) mechanism of digital certificate of examination room server; the examination administrating terminal accesses the transmitted information from examination room server to control the examining process in an operating interface; after the environment is screened, the examinee terminal communicates with the examination room server through the SOAP protocol.
