EVALUASI PENGELOLAAN OBAT TAHUN 2012, 2013 DAN 2014 DI GUDANG FARMASI DINAS KESEHATAN KABUPATEN MUNA SULAWESI TENGGARA

Drug Management had four basic function that is planning, procurement, distribution and use drugs. Management of drugs will be done in the Warehouse District Health Office Pharmaceutical Muna. Research method used an optimal design descriptive for data in 2012, 2013 and 2014 and then than with the standard and interview. Results of research management obtained drugs according to the standard as follows: The cost of medicines population (Rp 11,404 , Rp 9,106 , Rp 10,099), averaging precision planning (90.65 percent, 108 percent, 110 percent), the extent schedule coming drugs (100 percent), systems warehouse FIFO/FEFO (100 percent ), and precision distribution drug (100%).Stages that have not yet been according to the standard, namely: suitability pharmaceutical products with DOEN (81.03 percent, 81.03 percent, 81.93 percent), budget allocation for procurement of medicine (91.34 percent, 91.09, 91.88 percent ), its biggest percentage fund allocation procurement of medicine (18.04 percent, 15.10 percent, 17.07 percent ), high availability drug (14 month, 13 month, 13 month), its biggest percentage drug kadarluasa or damaged (20.41 percent, 7.05 percent, 14.20 percent).
