The Extraction Technology of Auraptene in Fructus Aurantii

Objective To optimize the extraction process of auraptene in Fructus aurantii.Methods The orthogonal experiment was performed with the extraction rate of auraptene as the evaluation index and the extraction times,extraction time,solvent ratio as inspecting factors.Results The primary factor which influenced the extraction rate of auraptene was the extraction times,then it was solvent ratio and finally extraction time.Optimized extraction process was as follows: 85% ethanol extract 3 times;the extraction time were respectively 1,0.5,0.5h and extraction solvent respectively8,6,6 times.Conclusion This extraction process is scientific,reasonable and feasible,to provide theoretical basis for further research and development of auraptene in Fructus aurantii.
