Discussion on existing problems and solutions in the management of fixed assets in colleges and universities

The present article summarizes the problems in mechanism,duty,regularities,data and techniques of the management of fixed assets in colleges and universities from macro and micro angles.The authors analyse the existing problems in the management of fixed assets,such as house,land,inseruments,equipment and so on,and accordingly,propose solutions and measures.
