설계해석자를 위한 위상최적화 솔루션 HyperShape를 이용한 KTX 살사브라켓 최적설계

Recently, due to the powerful engineering software for design-analysist, highly performed design is available at the preliminary design stage. In this paper, the topology optimizes solution; HyperShape shows the directions about optimal design to field engineers. This method is expected for high performance of design maturity. Sand spray bracket of KTX is subjected to apply the topology optimize method using HyperShape at the preliminary design stage. Design optimize is accomplished by several try and error to improve the strength and assemble problems. HyperShape make the optimal design which reduced weight and reinforced strength. A comparative study about analytic model and empirical model shows the efficiency and availability of topology optimal method using HyperShape at the beginning stage of design.
