The invention provides a dry adhesion function structure based on a liquid crystal elastic polymer and a manufacturing process. The function structure comprises a two-layer structure, a top layer is a protruding mushroom-shaped array structure, and a bottom layer is a groove structure of a polymer with high elasticity modulus. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: preparing the mushroom-shaped array structure on the top layer, then preparing the groove structure of the polymer with high elasticity modulus on the bottom layer, adhering the mushroom-shaped array structure on the top layer with the groove structure of the polymer with high elasticity modulus on the bottom layer to form a composite structure, and finally activating the electrical characteristics of the liquid crystal elastic polymer and the mushroom-shaped array structure on the top layer to prepare the composite function structure of the protruding mushroom-shaped array structure on the top layer of the liquid crystal elastic polymer and the groove structure of the polymer with high elasticity modulus on the bottom layer. Controllable desorption and adhesion of the dry adhesion function structure under the regulation and control of an electric field are achieved on the premise that the dry adhesion function structure based on the liquid crystal elastic polymer can keep the high adhesion strength of the mushroom-shaped array structure.
