Research Progress in Molecular Biology of Rhabdomyosarcoma

Rhabdomyosarcoma,the most common pediatric soft tissue sarcoma,comes from deregulation of the skeletal myogenesis.Rhabdomyosarcoma is in a high degree of aneuploidy.The initiation and development of rhabdomyosarcoma are correlated with PAX-FOXO1 fusion gene,oncogene,anti-oncogene and multidrug resistance gene.Researches of rhabdomyosarcoma are helpful to diagnosis and treatment.This article reviewed the molecular biology of rhabdomyosarcoma.
