In frameworks the cluster model of molecular association and the ideal associated solutions theory are proved the equations of the dependences on concentration of the thermodynamic properties (a component coefficient activities, the excess thermodynamic functions, vapour pressure) for binary mixes nonelectrolytes, showing positive deviations from the Raoult’s law). The key parameters of the model equations are the association number A1 and D dispersion of cluster distributions on stoihiometrical numbers which the pair above solutions pays off on the data on the general(common) pressure. The equations of model it is used for the description of the thermodynamic properties binary mixes aliphatic ethers with alcohols. The conclusion is made, that nonideality the investigated binary mixes is caused, mainly, by molecular association of alcohols. It is established, that in a dimethyl ether the values А1 and D decrease with growth of molecular weight of alcohol.
