羟基磷灰石/胶原-魔芋葡甘聚糖多孔支架研究

Hydroxyapatite/collagen composite was synthesized by simultaneous titration. Porous hydroxyapatite/collagen-konjac glucomannan scaffolds were prepared by gelation and freeze-drying method. The ammonia content was investigated. It was shown that nano-hydroxyapatite was the main inorganic phase of composite by XRD and TEM and the porosity of the scaffolds more than 80%, the compress strength varied from 0.45-1.31MPa and the pore size varied from 100-300μm. The compatibility of the scaffolds was demonstrated by the coculture of the BMSC with the scaffolds.
