The present invention relates to a real-time measuring gas - a system and method of the equivalence ratio of the fuel mixture. Real-time monitoring to provide a gas turbine engine, a gas - fuel mixture equivalence ratio. The system includes a plurality of fuel nozzles disposed on the laser beam for directly or indirectly by transmitting the laser beam reflected from the surface of the center body fuel nozzle or burner tube through the gas - a plurality of optical probes fuel mixture. The system further comprises one or more detectors to measure the laser beam transmitted from the plurality of the optical probe. Furthermore, the system includes means for collecting and processing signals from the one or more detectors for determining the real time of the gas nozzle - fuel mixture equivalence ratio data acquisition subsystem.
