«ДАЙТЕ ЛЕСА, ДАЙТЕ ЛЕС»: СИСТЕМА КРЕСТЬЯНСКОГО ЛЕСОПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ КАК ПРИЧИНА АГРАРНЫХ БЕСПОРЯДКОВ НА ТЕРРИТОРИИ АЛТАЙСКОГО ОКРУГА В 1917-1918 ГГ

The author of the article, based on the materials of the State Archives of the Altai Territory analyzes the problems that the Altai peasantry faced in the process of buying / receiving timber after the February events of 1917. The author comes to the conclusion that the Altai peasantry has faced numerous problems in the process realization of their rights to forest use, and economic system, modernized by the new democratic authorities, was unable to cope with the growing needs of the population in revolutionary conditions, forcing the latter to independently solve its problems.
