Clinical curative effect of 1438 patients with cataract treated by phacoemulsification and nursing

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of the cataract patients treat by phacoemulsification and to summary nursing experiences.Methods To analyze the clinical data of the 1438 cases ( 1 463 eyes) treated by phacoemulsification from January 2012 to June 2012,to summarize the situation of the sight recovery and operative complications.Results All patients were successfully treated with surgery.After operation 1 day,1 week and 1 month,the number of cases of sight was lower than 0.4 was respectively 439 eyes,146 eyes and 43 eyes; the sight between 1.5 and 0.9 respectively 1024 eyes,1097 eyes and 1186 eyes; greater than 1.0 respectively 0 eye,220 eyes and 234 eyes.Few complications occurred.Conclusions Phacoemulsification has a good clinical curative effect for treating cataract with few complications.
