Current statue and countermeasures of agriculture districts' development vitality in Tianjin——based on comparison with Beijing and Shanghai

Agriculture districts are the main part of county economy of municipality directly under the central government, and play an important role in promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural area. This paper constructed the development vitality indicator system of agriculture districts, which covered four aspects, such as social development, economic growth, industrial restructure and technical innovation. Based on the comparison among Tianjin,Beijing and Shanghai, this paper gived five corresponding suggestions that Tianjin should improve economic diversity in agriculture districts, speed up the adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure, deepen reform in key areas of rural, etc.
