Plastic-extrusion section material full-cladding coextrusion mould
2003
The utility model relates to a plastic-extrusion section material full-cladding co-extrusion mould. A co-extrusion flow channel in the mould head is composed of a main flow channel and a plurality of branching flow channels at different levels, wherein the main flow channel and every branching flow channel at different levels are respectively arranged on different layers. The tail ends of the main flow channel and every branching flow channel at different levels are provided with guiding flow channels communicated with the branching flow channels at next levels. Because the direction of every branching flow channel at different levels is changed by the guiding flow channel and then the flow is divided, the pressure in two branching flow channels at the same level is uniform and stable. Thus, the thickness of the co-extrusion layer is uniform. Moreover, every branching flow channel at different levels is reasonably distributed on every layer. Thus, overlarge pressure on the same layer is avoided, and material leakage between mould plates can be well prevented.
