To Find the Effectiveness of Barriers in Reverse Logistics by Using ISM

2020
Reverse logistics (RL) is a route of reuse or remanufacture the damaged product by preparation, execution, scheming the well-organized and excess inventory of material. From the last few years, industries are utilizing RL as a planning tool to develop a good relationship with the purchasers and increase the profits. This study aim is to recognize the rank of reverse logistics barriers (RLB’s) which generate hindrance in the victorious execution of RL, and make a hierarchy of RLB’s. These barriers influence each other. The existing models help to understand relation among the RLB’s. Here Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) methodology is used to identify the relationship between RLBs, and discover the driving and driven barriers.
