Separation/enrichment of TCs antibiotic in water coupled with UV-Vis spectrometry determination by ionic liquid gas solvent sublation.

2010
A method based on ionic liquid solvent sublation was developed, which combined the flotation and solvent extraction with mixture of ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphats and ethyl acetate as flotation solvent, rare earth metal ions La(Ⅲ)or Ce(Ⅲ)as trapping agent,to separate/enrich the TCs residue in water sample and determined total content by UV-Vis spectrometry.Linear ranges were at 0.0~34μg/L and 0~23.0μg/L respectively, apparent molar absorptivity was 1.92×105L/(mol·cm) and 1.15×105L/(mol·cm) respectively.Measured water sample of fish pond the recoveries ranged from 84.06% to 106.15%,and RSD was less than 3.31%.Results showed that the method which has advantages over high sensitivity, big enrichment factor and good selectivity is suitable for determining tetracycline residue in environmental samples.
