The invention provides a thin film transistor liquid crystal display. An array substrate of the thin film transistor liquid crystal display comprises a glass substrate, a first metal layer, a gate insulating layer, a second metal layer, a passivation layer, a first color resistance layer and a second color resistance layer, wherein the first metal layer is formed above the glass substrate; the gate insulating layer is formed above the first metal layer; the second metal layer is formed above the gate insulating layer; the passivation layer is formed above the gate insulating layer and the second metal layer; the first color resistance layer is positioned above the passivation layer; the second color resistance layer is positioned above the passivation layer and overlapped with part of the first color resistance layer so as to form an overlapped region, and only one metal layer is available in the projection range of the overlapped region. Compared with the prior art, the thin film transistor liquid crystal display has the advantages that the second metal layer adopts a layout framework being circumvented around the color resistance overlapped region, so that the projection height of the overlapped region of the adjacent color resistance layers is greatly reduced, the air bubble risk of a polarizer is reduced, and the product performance and quality are improved.
