Выживаемость больных раком предстательной железы на фоне антиандрогенного лечения

2011
Prostate cancer (PC) remains now one of the most debatable among the diseases in oncological urology. Patients survival rate results during hormonal treatment vary. Among the domestic publications there are no papers devoted to a comprehensive analysis of long-term monitoring of prostate cancer patients exposed to hormonal therapy, with regard to the clinical, laboratory, instrumental and pathological data. Treatment results of 135 patients with prostate cancer undergoing from 1998 to 2010 bilateral subcapsular orchiectomy are presented. Within 5 years postoperatively 67.84±4.05% patients survived, in 10 years 48.4±5.4% patients. Fiveyear cancer-specific survival rate was 80.54±3.5%, with a ten-year cancer-specific survival being 69.28±6.22%. Significant differences in stage and Gleason score related survival rates were obtained. Conclusion: the most significant factors influencing the life expectancy of patients are disease stage, degree of cell differentiation, and the patient age.
