The invention provides a clutch combination coordination control method for a serial-parallel hybrid power system. The method comprises the steps that 10, before a clutch is combined, an engine is adopted to control the rotation speed, and an ISG motor is adopted to control the torque; 20, whether an absolute value of the speed difference of the ISG motor and a drive motor is smaller than or equal to n0 is judged, if yes, the mode is switched to a mode that the engine is adopted to control the torque, and the ISG motor is adopted to control the rotation speed, and if not, the step 10 is repeatedly conducted; 30, whether the absolute value of the speed difference of the ISG motor and the drive motor is smaller than or equal to n1 and whether the duration time is T1 are judged, if yes, a clutch combination instruction is given, and if not, the step 20 is repeatedly conducted; 40, whether the absolute value of the speed difference of the ISG motor and the drive motor is smaller than or equal to n2 and whether the duration time is T2 are judged, if yes, clutch combination is completed, and if not, the step 30 is repeatedly conducted. According to the clutch combination coordination control method for the serial-parallel hybrid power system, the speed regulation process before clutch combination can be accelerated, charging and discharging currents of a battery in the speed regulation process can be decreased, the temperature of the battery is prevented from rising too fast, and the over-temperature phenomenon is prevented from occurring.
