Study on the Countermeasures and Restrictive Factors of Rural Surplus Labor Force Transference in Qijiang County in New Rural Construction

Based on introducing the general situation of Qijiang County and rural surplus labor force transference,the main restrictive factors were analyzed. Aiming at the actual situation of Qijiang County,the countermeasures were put forward in order to effectively solve the transference problem of rural surplus labor force and promote pace of new rural construction.
