Raman spectroscopy in the study of chymotrypsin-catalyzed reactions

2019
Abstract Raman spectroscopy is used to study components of an enzyme-catalyzed reaction. Time dependences of integral Raman intensities in the spectra of reaction mixtures are analyzed. Parameters of chymotrypsin-catalyzed reaction are determined, and the concentrations of active enzyme molecules in the samples from different manufacturers are compared.
