A pretreatment of the surface of the copper alloy, and metallographic examination; preset B alloy powder, a binder and a mixed solution of acetone uniformly sprayed on the surface of the copper alloy, and then dried coating thickness of 1-2mm, the composition ratio of alloy powder: Cu 65-75%, Ti 10-15%, B4C 15-20%; binder is universal binder;. C coatings were overlapped 50% carbon dioxide laser scanning, the scanning power 1.8-2.2KW, spot size of 10mm × 1.8mm, scan speed / min, the amount of overlap of 80-100mm 6.5mm, the scanning process using argon for the bath; D detects a copper alloy. The present invention is a layer composite coating by a laser in a copper alloy surface cladding, greatly improving the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of a copper alloy.
