Minutes of Council Meeting Section of Antitrust Law: The Shoreham Washington, D. Wednesday, April 3, 1974

Chairman Thomas M. Scanlon called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 3, 1974. Others present at the meeting were Vice-Chairman John Izard, Section Delegate C. Brien Dillon, Last Retiring Chairman Julian O. von Kalinowski and Council Members Howard Adler, Jr., Harvey M. Applebaum, E. William Barnett, Walker B. Comegys, H. Francis DeLone, Gordon F. Hampton, Allen C. Holmes, William J. Lowry, Ira M. Millstein, Robert A. Nitschke and Edwin S. Rockefeller. Also present, in addition to Council members, at the request of the Chairman, were Lawrence F. Ebb, Chairman of the International Trade Committee, Lee N. Abrams, Chairman of the Federal Trade Commission Committee, John H. Morrison and L. Richard Freese, Jr. of the Civil Practice and Procedure Committee, James M. Kefauver, Meetings Committee Chairman, and Larry D. Sharp of Meetings Committee, Denis G. Mclnerney, Chairman of the Criminal Practice and Procedure Committee, and Basil J. Mezines, Chairman of the Antitrust Aspects of Environmental Law Committee. Also present were James A. Strain and Staff Liaison Ann Collins.
