Verrucous Plaque: Unique Morphological Expression of Post-Kala-Azar Dermal Leishmaniasis (PKDL)

Relatively unusual verrucous plaque as well as other expressions of P.K.D.L. are reported in a 46-year-old male. The diagnosis was confirmed by the documentation of Leishman-Donovan bodies in the tissue smears as well as in the cytoplasm of the histiocytes in the tissue section.
