An electrode-containing rabbit ear chamber for microvascular measurements ☆

Abstract In this paper the design, construction, implantation, and application of an electrode-containing rabbit ear chamber are described. This device allows measurement of oxygen availability and blood flow within a small, definable segment of tissue which can be observed and photographed microscopically at the same time.
