A Quality Model of Cloud Computing Using Multi-factor Strategy

The nature of cloud computing is to improve service quality and ROI( Return On Investment),is also to improve reusability of softw are,and to shorten time of softw are development. How ever,how to use service quality mode improving efficiency of cloud computing,w hich is a study content in the paper. Thus,a quality model of multi-factor stratety is presented,w hich defines and designs factors and methods of cloud quality from QoS,SaaS,PaaS,IaaS and UR( User Requirement),and employ AHP to compute w eight of each quality factores,then,according to the resluts build a cloud quality model trees,and employ GA( Genetic Algorithm)to optimize the model. Finally,employ Amazon to design a sample as a test show ed that the approach is effective and availability.
