The Factors Concerning Liposomes Structure

As an rapidly developed novel drug delivery carrier,liposome has been playing an important role in drug delivery and membrane structure research.During preparation,storage and application processes,many factors,including physical,chemical and biological factors may affect liposomes structure which will directly impact the stability of the drug delivery and biological functions of the liposomes.A variety of factors concerning liposomes structure and action mechanisms are reviewed in this article at molecular level.
