The structure combines the heat insulation layer and light heat-conduction layer into an integral body. The workers only need to arrange the compound boards on the flat floor, press the hot water tube into the tube groove, and fill the tube groove with the matching light heat-conduction filler. The adoption of the utility model simplifies the construction technique, enormously improves the work efficiency, obviously reduces the construction period, and avoids the hidden trouble of the hot water tube in the original construction technique. Because the concrete is eliminated from the construction, the whole weight decreases more than 45%, and the engineering cost also reduces correspondingly.
