In this study, it is aimed to systematically analyze the researches which are published between the years of 2002-2019 in Turkey about the role of game on the parent-child relationship. The researches were scanned by using the key words "parent-child communication", "the relationship between parent-child and game" on Google Scholar which is a database. The scanning results were restricted by using these criterias: "Search in Turkish websites", "the years of 2002-2019", "the ones which are totally accessible", "the ones which are performed in Turkey", "Quantitative and qualitative researches", "the effect of game on the relationships", "parent-child relationship". As a result of the scanning, 35 articles relating to the topic were found, and 13 of them were for analyzing the documents, 10 of them were about quantitative researches, other 10 articles were about qualitative researches, and 2 of them were about both quantitative and qualitative researches. "The effects of parents on child development", "the role of game on child's language development", "mother-child relationship", "father-child relationship" and "the importance of the communication factors in parent-child relationship" are the remarkable titles of the study results. In this respect it is seen that games positively effect the parent-child relationship and they play a facilitating role on children when it comes to expressing their feelings and thoughts. The effects of cultural differences on child's communication skills and the effects of parents' attitude towards child on child's psychosocial development and language development are attracts a great deal of attention. Besides, it is ascertained that conservative parents, restrictive type of parenting, lack of love and neglecting the family roles are the factors that negatively effect child's mental development and language development
