According to the data operating method and device, after the operation request is distributed to the server cluster, the servers for processing the operation request can be reasonably selected according to the state of each server in the server cluster, and therefore the situation that improper servers are used for processing the operation request is avoided so that it can be guaranteed that the data operation is normally completed.
