The invention relates to a microfluidic system for analytical and diagnostic purposes of essentially superimposed layers comprising at least a first and second passage layer, which each comprise at least one channel for conducting a fluid in the respective flow line layer, and at least one chip layer comprising at least one active , micromechanical element, wherein the active micro-mechanical element is provided with at least one of the channels in operative connection, and the chip layer between the first and second conductive layer is disposed and wherein the channels are fluidically connected to one another and to a corresponding manufacturing process.
