Procedimiento para el mejoramiento de la organización del trabajo en procesos básicos de empresas cubanas.

El trabajo que se presenta tiene como objetivo proponer un procedimiento de organizacion del trabajo aplicable a todas las empresas cubanas y cuyo proposito primario es el incremento de la productividad. El procedimiento propuesto, consta de tres etapas y se proponen como tecnicas para estos estudios, entre otras, la observacion directa, tecnicas de mapeo de proceso, varias tecnicas para jerarquizar problemas o procesos como la matriz UTI (Urgencia, Tendencia, Impacto), metodo de expertos, tecnicas de estudios de la jornada laboral y medicion del trabajo, herramientas para estudios ergonomicos, ademas de algunas tecnicas relativas al analisis del impacto ambiental. ABSTRACT The work that is presented has as objective to propose an organization procedure from the applicable work to all the Cuban companies and whose primary purpose is the increment of the productivity. The procedure proposed to carry out studies of OT in processes and key positions consists of three stages: Preparation of the study of organization of the work (OT), realization of the study and installation and control. They are kept in mind the basic ergonomic requirements to consider in the positions, processes and work activities that it outlines the Cuban norm NC: 116, (2001); the Resolution 26, (2006) and the Resolution 281, (2007) emitted by the Ministry of the Work and Social Security in Cuba. They intend as techniques for the organization studies, among other, the direct observation,  technical  of  process,  several  techniques  for  development  problems  or  processes  like  the  main  UTI  (Urgency, Tendency,  Impact), experts’ method, technical of studies of the labor day and mensuration of the work, tools for ergonomic studies as the method of the ergonomic analysis of the work position (AET), the method Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) and estimate of the energy expense of the activity starting from the charts of Lheman, Also some techniques for the registration and analysis of the environmental impact.
