Development of Supply Chain Management Systems in Regional Food Clusters

2020
Supply chain management is a management concept representing an integrated approach to planning and monitoring all information flows related to the production and processing of products, raw materials, inputs, and services. All this information is generated and converted within the production and logistics processes, to maximize profits for all participants in the supply chain while satisfying end-user demand. This concept was developed and has been applied in the construction of models and supply chain management systems. The formation and development of regional food clusters will contribute to the expansion of regional production and increase the competitiveness of food supply based on domestic production built on the integration of food market participants.
