Performance Analysis of Distributed Optical Routing Network Based on Tunable Lasers and Cyclic AWG Router

This paper introduces a scalable and reconfigurable distributed optical switching/routing network structure based on tunable lasers. The performance of the proposed network is greatly improved in resource utilization and queuing delay with resource scheduling strategy.
