Brake controller with electrical redundancy control function

2016
The invention relates to a brake controller which is applied in rail transit and used to control a train to slow down, and has stopping brake effect. The brake controller is a man-machine operation interface of a locomotive brake system. The brake controller comprises a mounting base, the mounting base is provided with a first brake handle assembly and a second brake handle assembly used for a driver to realize operation of braking a train or a locomotive, and a braking action instruction is output through an electric signal. The mounting base is also integrated with a plurality of microswitches, and the first brake handle assembly and the second brake handle assembly are provided with disc cams which are linked with the brake handle assemblies. The microswitches are controlled by the curved surface lift of the disc cams to connect or disconnect to output switching value signals. The output of the switching value signals of the microswitches is just used for the locomotive brake system or a standby brake mode after a normal brake mode of the brake controller has faults, and is used to reflect braking and relieving operation instructions when a driver uses the brake controller.
