Environmental supervision work of construction project – as a new environmental management measure—can settle the imperfect problem of environmental management during the period of project engineering construction, turn the later management of environmental supervision of construction project into the all-course management. Environmental su- pervision scenario is regarded as an important guiding document in carrying out environmental supervision work, the content of scenario makes the success and fail of environmental supervision work. The paper probes into the detail contents in the workout of environmental supervision scenario by combining the environmental supervision work of construction project carried out by Liaoning province.
