The present invention discloses an active component, a driving circuit structure, and a display panel. The active component comprises a grid electrode, a grid insulating layer, a semiconductor layer, an etching stop layer, a source electrode and a drain electrode; wherein the grid electrode forms a zigzag pattern on a substrate; the grid insulating layer covers the grid electrode; the semiconductor layer is arranged on the grid insulating layer, and is arranged over the grid electrode; an area of the semiconductor layer substantially defines a component configuration area of the active component; the etching stop layer is arranged on the grid insulating layer and the semiconductor layer, and has a first contact opening and a second contact opening which expose the semiconductor layer and are not communicated with each other; the source electrode is arranged on the etching stop layer and is contacted with the semiconductor layer through the first contact opening; the drain electrode is arranged on the etching stop layer and is contacted with the semiconductor layer through the second contact opening; and the source electrode is separated from the drain electrode.
