A combination device for dry and wet co-production of hydrogen and methane by using kitchen garbage comprises a damp and hot pretreatment reactor, a garbage blending transportation device, a split chamber coupling biological hydrogen production reactor, an expanded granular sludge bed reactor, a tube-type photobioreactor, a high adsorptive property gas storage device, a gas purifier and the like. After being subjected to damp and hot pretreatment, the kitchen garbage passes through the damp and hot pretreatment reactor to be transported to the split chamber coupling biological hydrogen production reactor for hydrogen production through a packing auger, hydrogen-rich gas is transported to a hydrogen purifier through a nano ceramic film coating roller, and liquid phase metabolic products enter an expanded granular sludge bed (EGSB) reactor to conduct anaerobic methane production. The hydrogen and the methane passing through the gas purifier are matched through a mixture valve to enter a high adsorptive property gas storage device, and waste gas is led in the tube-type photobioreactor for removing. The combination device has the advantages of flexible installation, small land occupation, low operation cost and big gas production rate and the like, brings convenience to collection, purification and storage of biogas, and is applicable to high-valued utilization of the kitchen garbage.
