The invention discloses a production process of a flexible foam polyurethane composite waterproof membrane, comprising the steps of: 1, uniformly mixing composite polyether glycol, a catalyst, a surfactant, water, a blowing promoter and a flame retardant into a material of group A, using TDI (Toluene Diisocyanate) as a material of group B; stirring the material of group A and the material of group B in a reactor at the rotation speed of 4,000-5,000r/min, wherein the material temperature of the material of group A and the material of group B are kept to be 20-27 DEG C; and pouring the stirred materials into a foaming mould after 3-5s, wherein the emulsification rise time is 7-15s, the gelation time is 130-140s, and the demoulding time is 10-15min; and 2, coating 0.08-0.12kg/m of environmental-friendly glue on one side of a 0.02-0.06mm PE (Poly Ethylene) film, dragging the PE film into a 90-120 DEG C baking channel by a power roll, and then compounding the PE film with flexible foam polyurethane into a product through double rolls of a constant-temperature film laminating machine. The product obtained in the invention has excellent quality in the aspects of water proofness, sound absorption and insulation, temperature resistance and preservation, flame retarding, wear resistance, film lamination firmness, surface famishment and the like.
